A date and time is set for the auction at your premises. We prepare for this sale by organizing and displaying the merchandise appropriately. We take care of all the details such as tents, advertising, lotting, and cataloging the sale, security, signage and clean-up of the premises after the auction.

Appraisal Service: John & Jean Gokey offer complete personal property appraisal service. They are both members of the " CAGA" Certified Appraisal Guild of America. Certified appraisal services include estate evaluation, insurance inventory, fair market & liquidation value.

The Gokey's are also both graduates of the "CES" Certified Estate Specialist Course sponsored by the National Auctioneers Association Education Institute.

Delivery of Consignments: Call first to make arrangements to bring your saleable items to auction house, sign a contract and your vehicle will be unloaded & items sold in our next scheduled sale. You must call in advance and make arrangements concerning your items before bringing them to the auction site.

Complete pick up of items: This service is provided when you have a partial or complete estate. An appointment must be made that is convenient to both parties. We will come to your home and discuss your items potential at auction, then a contract will be signed and a date will be set for your items to be sold thru auction either onsite or to be moved to our facility, depending on the best way decided to market your merchandise thru the auction method.
